The General Secretary of Fiji Bank and Finance Sector Union said it is not easy to negotiate Cost of Living Adjustment or COLA in the Private Sector now.
Pramod Rae said most of the businesses are facing downfall, are making reduced profits or going into loses.
Rae said the Union has managed to achieve some success for negotiations for cola with some employers.
