The Northland Rugby Union has written a letter of complaint to the Fiji Rugby Union, arguing why the Nadi/Ovalau match is being shifted to Prince Charles Park, as the old capital team should host the game.

It is understood Northland is querying the fact that since the game has been shifted to Viti Levu, it should have been held on a neutral ground and not Prince Charles Park.

Fijivillage has been reliably informed that Ovalau had asked the Nadi team management to have the game in Nadi, as they hardly benefitted financially from the games that were held at Nasau Park, because Levuka Town Council acquired most of the gate takings.

In this afternoon's game, Ovalau will benefit as they will receive 100% gate takings from the match.

Meanwhile, Flying Fijians 2007 World Cup prop in France Jone Railomo will lead the fort with the likes of Joseva Vosarogo and Maciu Roko, as the old capital based team takes on defending champions, Nadi this afternoon.

The Nadi/Ovalau match kicks off at 3pm today at Prince Charles Park and you can catch a live-commentary of the match on our sister station Viti FM.
