Police in the north are now working on a different strategy to curb the increasing number of criminal activities.
Divisional Police Commander Northern ASP Isikeli Ligairi said with the increase in sexual offences and drug related cases, their officers are now visiting schools and religious groups advising them on how they can overcome these problems.
Ligairi added they are especially concentrating on students who have been recently found associated with criminal activities.
