Work on the draft Charter consultation process in the Northern Division will be delayed for another week.
Commissioner Northern’s Secretary Filipe Cula has confirmed that the draft Charter has been circulated in the three provinces of Cakaudrove, Bua and Macuata, but the consultation process has not started.
Cula said Commissioner Northern Inia Seruiratu wants the people of the 3 provinces to have some knowledge of the Charter before the National Council For Building A Better Fiji team will visit them to get their views.
The draft consultation in the Northern Division which was suppose to start next Monday will now start on the 15th of this month.
