Non-compliance is a common problem in the civil service.
This is what has been found by the Public Accounts Committee and member Taufa Vakatale said this is found in nearly all the ministries.
Vakatale said this is what they've found with at least 12 audited reports from 2005 - 2006.
Vakatale added right now they are continuing with the reports from 2006-2007 however a timeframe has not been given on when information on reports from 2007-2008 will be given out to the public.
