The Vodafone Fiji soccer team is still in the dark on who they will face in the Pacific Games.
Team manager Imdad Ali says there has been no word from the Pacific Games Organising Committee on when the pools will be drawn.
He adds the extended squad for the Vodafone Fiji Soccer team will start training from tomorrow. Ali also says they will include some National Under 20 players in their squad and then select a strong 20 member squad after six weeks of training for the Pacific Games.
Some renowned players in the current squad include Suva strikers Rusiate Matarerega and Napolioni Qasevakatini, Ba’s Manasa Nawakula, Labasa’s Vilikesa Sowane and Christopher Wasasala and Rewa’s Ratu Savenaca Nakalevu.
The Pacific Games will be held from the 4th to 18th of July in PNG.
