There is still no word on when Businessman, Ballu Khan will be discharged from the Suva Private hospital.
Investigator Inspector Isireli Tagicaki has confirmed that once Khan is discharged from hospital he will be taken in for further interviews.
He has also revealed that Khan is under police guard as he is a suspect in a serious case.
Khan is under investigation in relation to an alleged plot to assassinate Commodore Frank Bainimarama, Interim Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry, Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and two senior military officers.
