There were no disruptions to water supply in Lautoka however all project workers were on strike yesterday.
Officials say about 20 employees worked the night shift as normal.
In Deuba, 5 pump operators worked last night who are expected to knockoff this hour. Yesterday 80% of workers were on strike In Deuba however there were no water disruptions.
In Wailoku, Tamavua, five pump operators are on duty and there are no reports of water cuts. Only ten employees out of 600 working in the Central/Eastern Division were on strike yesterday. None of the water supply workers in Sigatoka, Nadi, Ba, Tavua, Rakiraki, Levuka, Savusavu and Labasa were on strike yesterday although some are Public Employees Union members.
