All those living in Valelevu, Naveiwakau, Newtown, Tacirua East and Upper Caubati will have no water today.
Water Supply Department Media Liaison Officer Maika Nagalu said this is due to the FEA carrying out upgrading works along the Wainibuku Rd.
He said this will affect the power supply at their Tovata reservoir hence the planned water shutdown.
These repair works will start from 8.30 this morning to 4 this afternoon and residents are asked to use whatever water they've stored sparingly.
