Residents in the greater Labasa area will not be very pleased as they prepare for school and work this morning, as thousands are without water supply this morning.
Officials from the Divisional Engineer Water/Sewerage confirms engineers are working on the burst Nasea-levu water main from midday yesterday.
Areas affected include Vunivau, Basoga, Batnikama, Bulileka, Delai-labasa, Tuatua and Siberia.
Repairworks are expected to be complete by midday today.
Meanwhile, water supply at Labasa Hospital and Town are is normal.
