Works Ministry Spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete made the comments after concerns were raised of unfinished road repair works left overnight, as workers leave the site claiming that they will not be paid beyond their normal working hours.

However Waqainabete said the onus is on the supervisor to ensure proper sinage is put in place to inform the public about the unfinished work.
