One week after the sacking of Suva City Council and Lami Town Council Special Administrator Vijendra Prakash, still no word who will replace him and why he was removed from office.
SCC Chief Executive Ilitomasi Verenakadavu who is running the affairs of the council refused to make any comments on the matter adding the Ministry for Local Government is the appointing authority.
Fijivillage has received confirmation that the SCC meeting is expected to be held this afternoon.
The Ministry is tightlipped on the reason behind Vijendra Prakash's sacking and also Prakash said it is a personal matter.
The Ministry is expected to comment later.
