Digicel Fiji Sevens coach Iliesa Tanivula said that despite Fiji not bringing back glory from the Hong Kong Sevens in the last 10 years, the team feels no pressure at all.
Speaking to Fijivillage from Nadi Airport yesterday, Tanivula said the boys have played their part in training, and what is left now is what they can control on the field.
Meanwhile, team manager Jope Tuivanuavou is adamant that if the boys play their part and stick to what they have been taught and be themselves, then they will do well in Happy Valley.
Fiji meets Chinese Taipei in their first pool game at 8:52pm on Friday, then they meet Canada at 5:04pm on Saturday and their last pool game against Samoa is at 9:28pm.
A total of US$100,000 is at stake at the three-day Hong Kong Sevens tournament.
