The Transport Workers Union claims its Air Fiji members have to date, not received their 15% pay restoration from last year.
General Secretary Kamlesh Kumar said they have notified the Air Fiji management about this matter.
Meanwhile, the number of employees for the domestic airline has decreased over the past few months with flights also scrapped to most places in the outer islands.
Kumar said right now around 30 workers have resigned from the company to work at another company or to migrate overseas adding majority of this number are pilots.
Air Fiji chief executive Sialeni Vuetaki is currently in a meeting and could not be reached for a comment.
Currently Air Fiji is only servicing the Nadi, Taveuni and Labasa routes.
