No more confirmation
Minister for Education Filipe Bole it is important to confirm these results so that the Examination Office can now carry out a detailed analysis of the results and then compiles the annual reports for each of these exams.
Bole said this means once the results are confirmed, there will be no more changes made especially in the case of zero marks due to missing Internal Assessment Marks or Incorrect Registration details.
He said the confirmation of results allows the Examination Section to print out Certificates for the candidates who appeared for these examinations and past experiences have shown that many people continued to turn up at the Examination office after the results were confirmed demanding redress.
Bole stresses this will be no longer entertained
The Ministry said the 2009 Provisional Examination Results for the Fiji Seventh Form examination will be confirmed by tomorrow, the Fiji Junior Certificate exams will be confirmed 5th March and the Fiji School Leaving Certificate exam by 12th March.
