Public Service Commission Permanent Secretary, Taina Tagicakibau said no leniency has been shown by PSC in dealing with the case of Director Roads, Mosese Nailumu in which he has been transferred to another Ministry after he allegedly abused his powers.
Tagicakibau said Nailumu agreed to the charges and that made the disciplinary work easy for the PSC.
Tagicakibau confirms that there were a number of allegations where Nailumu did not declare his personal interest when awarding contracts of the Roads Department.
Tagicakibau said the matter is not a criminal case and therefore it will not be forwarded to Police.
