All is well in the Digicel Fiji 7s team camp as the team now puts its focus on winning the Japan 7s this week.
The Fiji 7s team is currently on a flight to Japan.
Speaking from Hong Kong airport, Team Manager, Semi Rogoyawa said there is no injury concern in the team and he has also confirmed that Metuisela Talebula who was substituted in the final against New Zealand last night is also fit.
The ultimate aim now for the Fiji 7s team is to win the IRB 7s series and the 35-28 win against New Zealand at Hong Kong has given Fiji more fighting power to win the IRB series which now is within our reach.
The gap on the points table is now just two points as Fiji is still in 2nd place with 109 points while New Zealand maintain their lead with 111 points.
Fiji 7s captain, Setefano Cakau said the hard work does not stop here because all teams will be out to beat them.
In the Japan 7s this week, Fiji will play France at 3.12pm in its first match this Saturday followed by the second pool match against Japan at 6.47pm and England at 10.09pm.
Cup quarterfinals start 1.28pm on Sunday, cup semifinals start at 4.08pm and cup final will be played at 7.09pm on Sunday.
