There is no guarantee that the government that comes into power via the 2009 elections will adopt and take on the People's Charter.
National Council for Building a Better Fiji Technical and Secretariat Support Head, John Sami said that he cannot see why the People's Charter would not be adopted post 2009 elections.
When asked on how or whether or not the Charter would be legalized, Sami states that that is something that will be left to the NCBBF.
Sami said that the People's Charter process is expected to conclude in October 2008.
