The Fiji Football Association has made it clear that all clubs who have qualified for the final playoffs of the National Club Championship should have no excuses when the tournament starts this Friday.

Initially, the tournament was supposed to be played for two days but a decision was made yesterday to stretch the tournament to three days.

Fiji FA’s chief executive Bob Kumar said teams will face disciplinary action if they do not turn up for their matches.

Back in 2008, Rewa clubs decided not to play in the tournament and were subsequently disciplined.

The first match of the Southern Forest, RC Manubhai National Club Championship kicks off at 5pm this Friday at Govind Park between 4R Electrical and United Kings.

The commentary of the NCC final can be heard on Radio Sargam at 3pm Sunday.
