Fiji will not be given a chance to host a OFC competitions for the next four years.

It was confirmed in the Oceania Football Confederation meeting in Raratonga last weekend.

Earlier this year it was decided that Fiji and New Zealand will be the only countries hosting the OFC competitions such as Under 17 and Under 20 World Cup playoffs.

But OFC President Reginald Temarii said that all OFC competitions will now be centralized in New Zealand for the next four years with the aim of increasing participation levels.

He said it was also decided that the OFC Futsal soccer will be hosted by either Fiji or New Caledonia while Tahiti will host the OFC Beach Soccer this season.

Temarii said OFC also agreed to bid for the 2011 or 2013 Fifa Beach Soccer World Cup.
