Police are yet to make any arrests in the three brutal murders in the Southern Division.

The three cases include the Howell Road murder where a 34 year old kindergarten teacher was allegedly strangled to death inside her house.

According to police, they are working on some leads and arrests are expected to be made soon.

The second case involves a 4 year old girl of Beqa.

Her body was found floating in the sea and a post mortem conducted revealed that she died of strangulation.

A team is in Beqa conducting investigations

Also no one has been charged in relation to the Toorak murder where a 56 year old woman was also strangled while a number of people have been questioned with no arrests as yet.

Her partly burnt body was found in a cassava patch by a security officer.

Assistant police spokesperson Sergeant Atunaisa Sokomuri said investigations into the cases continues and is also calling for information from members of the public.
