Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase's legal counsel, Tevita Fa hopes that both counsels will agree on the facts when December 5th takeover case resumes in High court this morning.
Fa clarified to Village news that if both counsel agree on the facts, no witness will be called, including the President's Official Secretary, Rupeni Nacewa to not testify.
Fa said from Friday, they have not been able to come to an agreement on the agreed facts and they are hoping by this week, everything will be sorted out.
The High court sits at 10 o'clock this morning.
