The Fiji Public Service Association is claiming that the Public Service Commission (PSC) has not held talks with them on their grievances for over three months now.
Industrial Advisor Nirbhay Singh said it is a concern that their voices are not heard.
Singh added civil servants along with other people are feeling the pinch of the high cost of living as they await another 2% pay restoration in December.
Meanwhile, PSC Chairman Rishi Ram said he is not involved in talks with unions however he stressed that PSC's Permanent Secretary Taina Tagicakibau usually has talks with them.
