The Fiji Bati rugby league team has left no stones unturned in their preparation for the Rugby League World Cup as they seek divine intervention today in a farewell church service at the Vodafone Arena.

After seeking the chiefly blessing of his Excellency the President on Friday, today members of the Bati team and official together with their families come together as one in asking the Lord to guide the team in their campaign.

Church Minister Reverend Tuiloma Dakuitoga who is also a former Bati rep said the challenge now is with the players to prove themselves and achieve their goal.

Fiji is in Pool B with Scotland and France with the opening game on the 1st of November against France.
