Police traffic officers arrested a few people in the in the Western Division who were found drinking and driving.
Divisional Traffic Officer Western, ASP Richard Raju said they arrested 24 drivers who were drunk and booked 548 drivers for speeding.
ASP Raju added that their traffic operation for Fiji Bitter Fact was a success as there were no serious accidents.
Meanwhile, Raju earlier confirmed that some of the drivers were also arrested just outside the Prince Charles Park as they were leaving the venue after watching the soccer tournament.
