A date is yet to be set on when the High Court will deliver its ruling on the case taken against Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama and others by Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase and others.

Court sources confirm that the three judges, Acting Chief Justice Anthony Gates, Justice John Byrne and Justice Davendra Pathik are yet to finalize their rulings.

It is also not known whether the three judges will write separate rulings.

However, our sources said it will depend on how the judges feel about the matters raised in the case.

Qarase and others are seeking court declarations on the legality or otherwise of the events of December 5th, the legality of the interim government and the promulgation of the decrees since December 5th, 2006.

It was earlier reported that the ruling may be delivered next month but sources say a confirmation will be made in due course.
