The National Federation Party (NFP) maintained they will not be part of any political forum which has preconditions.
After meeting with the European Union delegation, TROIKA, NFP General Secretary Pramod Rae said they made oral and written submissions which were very well received by TROIKA.
He said the impasse between political parties and the military can only be resolved through dialogue not overseas influence.
Rae added the TROIKA group may have been disappointed with the NFP's stance.
