Sahu Khan said even if the districts do get players from abroad, then they would not be allowed to go back and play for the same club and players may have to look for a new club.

Sahu Khan said the district officials in their last council meeting were told about the new rules and the new Transfer Clearance Window which Opens in June this year and as such they have agreed to field only local players in the first major soccer tournament of the year.
