With ten days to go for Christmas, there is some good news as we do not expect any major water disruptions during this festive season.
The Works Ministry is anticipating a decrease in water disruptions that occur in low pressure areas including Tovata Makoi, Cunningham and the greater Kalabo area.
Spokesperson, Sainiana Waqainabete said their leak detection team has been working on improving leak detection for a few months now to ensure that consumers do not face any more water cuts.
She adds that some of the leaks have been rectified.
