There is no decision to pay out any Cost of Living Adjustment payments to civil servants this year and the Chairman for the Public Service Commission is unaware that some Trade Unions have filed their log of claims for 2007 to the commission for consideration.
Rishi Ram said senior officials of PSC may have received the claims and he will surely go through them.
Ram maintains the 2% pay restoration for civil servants will be done in July this year and the remaining 2% will be considered towards the end of the year.
