There is still no confirmation from the Fiji Rugby Union on when overseas based players who have shown interest in representing Fiji in Hong Kong will be in the country to attend the fitness tests before the team to Hong Kong is named.

While players like William Ryder, Semisi Naevo, Nasoni Roko and Mosese Volavola have confirmed their availability, their current club duties will finish in the first week of March giving them only the Marist 7's to show their worth.

Coach Josateki Savou will meet with the FRU Games Committee sometime this week to give his reports on what went wrong in the Wellington and San Diego 7's before they work on their plan for Hong Kong.

The Fiji 7's team will be announced after the finals of the Marist 7's on the 8th of next month.
