It has now been made clear to the Methodist Church of Fiji to actively make changes and remove politics from the church agenda if it wants to hold its annual conference in the future.

The Prime Minister has today made his stand clear that there will be no Methodist Church Conference this year.

Commodore Frank Bainimarama said it is no use to meet with the church executives again because the government will not change its stance.

Bainimarama also stressed that the Methodist Church will not be allowed to have its conference next year if it continues to include politics in its agenda.
