Fiji Labour Party President Jokapeci Koroi has refused to comment on the recent allegations against Interim Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry as she does not want a travel ban placed on her granddaughter.

When approached by Village News yesterday after the National Council for Building a Better Fiji meeting, Koroi said she will not comment until her granddaughter flies out to NZ.

Yesterday at the National Council workshop, Koroi criticized a Methodist Church lay preacher of Moce Island in Lau on why he is speaking on behalf of the people saying that they will not support the People's Charter.
