The Solicitor Generals Office is its final stages of preparing the draft disciplinary charges against the five doctors who operated on five year old Shavneet Kumar who slipped into coma and later died after a surgery on his broken arm.
Speaking to Fijivillage News, Public Service Commission Chairman Rishi Ram said final draft disciplinary charges are expected to be completed by next week and served to the doctors.
He adds that the doctors will be given time to respond to the charges.
Meanwhile, Ram adds that the five doctors are still at work as PSC did not consider suspension of the doctors.
