A Prominent nightclub owner has been summoned by police to appear in court for allegedly operating his nightclub after hours.
Police have confirmed that the nightclub was found operating in the early hours of Sunday, however the owner knew that the liquor act does not allow the selling of liquor on Sunday and the nightclub should be closed on Sunday.
The owner has been summoned to appear in the Suva court on the 11th of November.
