If you do not follow the rules set out then you are in danger of not having your license renewed.
Assistant Police Public Relations Officer, Corporal Suliano Tevita reveals that they have received information that there are night clubs that are opening way past their official time.
In a statement, Tevita said that nightclub owners who contravene the conditions of their licenses will be dealt with accordingly and this could even lead to the non-renewal of their licenses.
He also adds that the Police are aware of the night spots which open late and will continue random checks to ensure that they follow procedures.
The normal opening hours for nightclubs from Monday to Friday are from 6pm until 1am while the operating hours for the clubs on Saturday nights is from 6pm to midnight.
