Eighteen people have already been confirmed to work in the newly constructed resort called the Natavora Waters Villa which is located down the Coral Coast.

The first phase of the new resort which comprises of three villas, a bar and a restaurant will be opened by the Minister for Tourism and Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum this afternoon.

Resort Manager, Josefa Gavidi said the 18 people are all locals and they will be employed to work in room service, restaurants, porters and also security.

Gavidi said the resort is owned by two British born businessmen, David Brown and Graham Copson but now they reside in Australia who are delighted to have the first phase of the resort opened.

The second phase will see the completion of a total of 106 rooms and according to Gavidi more people will be employed as the resort has a place for the children with special needs.

Meanwhile the resort is located next to Rydges Hideaway Resort at the Coral Coral in Sigatoka.
