A new look Marist 7s logo was officially launched this morning which is expected to take the tournament to another level in terms of organisations and marketing.

Marist 7s marketing manager Isac Mow said that with this changes they will continue to be the biggest 7s carnival in the world.

Mow said the 35th Marist 7s will continue with its core objective to develop rugby players and gives unknown players the opportunity to showcase their talent.

The Marist 7s will be held on the 4th and 5th of next month where 64 teams will take part.

Also today the Fosters group launched the 24th Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s which will be held in Nadi on the 25th and 26th of this month.

A total prize money of $35 000 is at stake with the winner walking away with $21 000.
