The government has amended the new prices of fuel and LPG gas which were announced yesterday by the Minister for Industry, Trade and Tourism Faiyaz Koya.
The price of unleaded fuel will now drop from $1.90 to $1.67 per litre.
This is a decrease of 23 cents.
Diesel prices will go down from $1.50 to $1.24 a litre while the price of Kerosene will drop from $1.35 to $1 a litre.
The price of premix fuel will now drop from $1.78 to $1.52 a litre.
A 12kg cylinder of gas will cost $30.70 from today.
The current price is $33.38.
The price of autogas will also drop from $1.58 to $1.45 a litre.
These prices are already gazetted and start from today.
