Banuve Tabakaucoro is gone and someone else will fill in his shoes for Marist in the 2013 Coca-Cola Games.
This is what Marist Brothers High School team manager Navitalai Waiwalu stressed when asked who will captain the team this year.
Waiwalu said Tabakaucoro was a great leader for the school and it is time that someone else takes up the job.
Head Boy Urupeni Senibulu and Deputy Head Boy Waisea Waqa will captain Marist this year.
Meanwhile, 30 plus Marist athletes went to Serua over the weekend for a team bonding exercise.
The Coca-Cola Games will be held on the 16th and 17th of next month at the ANZ stadium.
