The new sixteen million dollar Navuso bridge is expected to be opened tomorrow.
Spokesperson for Transport and Energy Ministry Sainiana Waqainabete said this project is funded by the Republic of China and this will further boost the economy of Tailevu and nearby areas.
She said the construction of roads leading to the bridge has been funded by government and over 250,000 dollars has been spent on it.
The bridge is expected to be officially opened by Vice President, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau at 10am tomorrow.
