The Sub Committee for the Promotion of Sports of the Suva City Council has revealed that there will be a special sporting facility called the Suva City Stadium in 2008.
Speaking to Village News, Suva Lord Mayor, Ratu Peni Volavola reveals that the city being the capital needs to have a stadium of its own.
Though Volavola said that while at the moment they would like to keep the location a surprise, he said the stadium will be the pride of the city.
