A new puisne judge and resident magistrate were sworn in the last hour by President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau.
Pradeep Hettiarachchi is the puisne judge while Pamila Ratnayake is the new Magistrate.
Both are from Sri Lanka and will be based in Suva.
