The Digicel Fiji Sevens team manager Opetaia Ravai said the new players in the 12-man squad are combining well with the experienced players and may get a chance to start against Canada in their opening pool match at the London Sevens.
Vereimi Vilitati is highly likely to make his debut when coach Joe Savou will announce his run-on team either tomorrow or Saturday. Other new caps Seremaia Burotu and Sailosi Rabonaqica may start from the bench.
Speaking to Fijivillage from London, Ravai said the new players are also adjusting well to the chilly conditions in London.
Meanwhile, Samoan Sevens coach Rudi Moore said with the inclusion of a few Fifteens players, his side is in for a mission in London.
The London Sevens tournament will start on Saturday.
