A new judge has been appointed in as a Court of Appeal Judge.
Justice Izaz Khan who becomes the 13th judge to be appointed to the High Court has worked as a solicitor at Allen Allen & Hensly in Sydney.
A Ba born Justice Khan went to Marist Brothers High School before pursuing further studies in Australia.
