The new Indian High Commissioner, Vinod Kumar paid a courtesy visit to Government house to present his credentials to the President, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau.
In raising a post signing toast to friendship and cooperation between Fiji and India, Kumar told Ratu Epeli that he is looking forward to serve here.
He said India will strengthen its diplomatic ties with Fiji.
Ratu Epeli while welcoming Kumar to Fiji told him that Fiji is looking forward to forge a closer relationship with the Government of India.
