The new multimillion dollar Chancery of the Chinese Embassy in Fiji is complete and will be officially opened this morning.
The construction of the embassy at Queen Elizabeth Drive, Nasese commenced in August 2008 and it was completed earlier this month.
Officials at the Chinese Embassy are excited about it's opening this morning.
Embassy spokesperson Dazhi Guo said this also shows the strong relationship between Fiji and the People's Republic of China.
President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau will officially open the new Chinese Embassy at 11am today.
