Investment and seven new jobs have been provided by BRED Bank (Fiji) Limited in Nausori as they opened their new branch this morning.
Chief Executive Officer Satish Deb said with almost 12 months in operation they have invested more as they have confidence in the economy.
He said Nausori is a fast growing area and there are more demands from the people.
He added another branch is expected to open in Namaka at the end of the year or early next year.
The new branch was opened by the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Fiji Barry Whiteside this morning.
