A new Commanding Officer of the Third Infantry Regiment or the 3FIR Unit will be appointed tomorrow.
Military spokesperson, Lt Colonel Neumi Leweni said the ceremony for the change of command of the 3FIR Unit will take place tomorrow morning.
3FIR Commanding Officer, Lt Colonel Ratu Tevita Uluilakeba Mara is still on leave from late last year due to a lot of pending leave.
Meanwhile Lt Colonel Leweni confirmd that Lt Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga remains the Land Force Commander.
Brigadier General Pita Driti who held the position is also on leave from last year.
