Nagalu's son, six month old James, was one of four children who flew out of the country this morning with their mums to India for heart surgery, under the Vodafone ATH and Fiji College of General Practitioner's Children's Heart Foundations.
Nagalu said families should never lose hope.
Also Rosalia Wasoi, whose daughter 9yr old Paulini who was also chosen for surgery, said praying also goes a long way.
6 month old James, 9yr old Paulini, 5month old Elenoa Rokobaro and 5month old Mereula Suqa flew out this morning with their mums for surgery.
The Foundation said the trip costs close to a hundred thousand dollars.
